Welcome to the Mulvane Recreation Commission

The Mulvane Tutoring Center is now taking appointments at the MRC. Hours are available on Mon-Thurs after school and early evening. Full hour sessions only. Click here for more info.

The Mulvane Recreation Commission has a Board Member position open. To be considered, candidates must reside in the USD 263 School District. Please send a letter explaining why you would like to sit on the MRC Board to 632 E. Mulvane St., or email to thuman@mulvanerec.kscoxmail.com

The Mulvane Recreation Center provides activities and programs for both youth and adults. We have a full and varied Summer Rec program for kids from pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade. We have several Youth Sports programs and classes in fitness and enrichment for youth throughout the year.

We offer adult fitness classes, adult enrichment programs and adult sports. We have a well-equipped weight room and fitness center for members 16 and older. And we have a Certified Personal Trainer available by appointment for members wanting a workout program specified to their own needs.

Our Senior Citizen activities are offered monthly, and provide an entertaining way to socialize.

SIGN IN AT THE MRC: Members must scan in their key tags to check in at the front desk. Day pass users must pay at the front desk prior to using the MRC. Class participants will sign-in on their class roster prior to class.

Location:

We are located in the East section of the Mulvane School District #263 Admin building, at the far East end of Mulvane Street. The building is the old Mulvane Intermediate School.

Hours:

Monday thru Thursday: 5:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 5:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

We close on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and in case of major inclement weather. We also close on the Saturday of Mulvane Old Settlers celebration in August. We close at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
