Current Positions Available
Field Crew Member
The Field Crew Member is responsible for maintaining and preparing athletic fields and associated facilities. This role requires physical labor, equipment operation, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new equipment and procedures.

Hours: 6 Week Season @ 10-15 hrs per week
Schedule: Must be available between 10:00am-5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications

Perform general field maintenance, including preparation and upkeep of ball fields

Operate and assist in maintaining ball field equipment & portable mounds (training provided)

Learn and safely operate the MRC golf cart for transportation and work duties

Assist with setup of fields for games, practices, and events pertaining to Summer Ball Season

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing assigned tasks

Complete additional duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis

Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot temperatures

Fishing Instructor
The Fishing Instructor is responsible for overseeing, teaching, and supervising youth participants in a safe and engaging fishing environment. This role focuses on instructing proper fishing techniques, including the safe handling of bait, casting, and catch-and-release practices. The instructor ensures all participants follow safety guidelines while promoting respect for equipment, wildlife, and the outdoors. The ideal candidate is patient, knowledgeable, and committed to creating a positive and educational experience for all participants.

Schedule: Mondays; for 6 weeks beginning June 1st; 8:00 am - 11:00 am
