Swim Team Head Coach
Mulvane Recreation Commission is seeking an energetic, experienced, and passionate Head Coach to lead our recreational swim team. The ideal candidate is a positive leader who can inspire athletes, foster a supportive team culture, and implement a developmentally appropriate training plan for swimmers of all levels.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior coaching experience for a Swim Team

Competitive Swimming background

Knowledge of stroke technique, practice/training methods, and team management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop swimmers at all levels.
