Are you ready for a full body workout? Then this is YOUR class! High definition incorporates circuit and partner styles, body resistance bands, and weights aimed at toning and defining your muscles, all while keeping your heart rate up!

Tracy Stump
Tracey Stump teaches Hi Def and Pound classes. She has been teaching fitness classes at the MRC for over 15 years. She loves meeting new people and helping them with their fitness goals. Her classes have an intense but fun and friendly atmosphere. She is Certified in Pound.
