This unique class blends the short, maximum effort bursts of activity from High Intensity Interval Training with Pound's Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks.) This fun and fast paced class gets your heart pumping while you are toning your muscles! So let loose, get energized, and let your inner rockstar out!

Tracy Stump

Tracey Stump teaches Hi Def and Pound classes. She has been teaching fitness classes at the MRC for over 15 years. She loves meeting new people and helping them with their fitness goals. Her classes have an intense but fun and friendly atmosphere. She is Certified in Pound.
