About the Class

A sweet flow for the end of your day, when you want to release the residue and prepare for a good night's sleep. Move mindfully in a straight-forward flow, with some longer holds, gentle twists, hip openers, and forward folds.

Your Instructor

Tracie Duncan

My name is Tracie Duncan. This is my 4th year at the MRC teaching yoga. I have taught kids, family, slow flow and chair. My other job is teaching second grade in Derby. This is my 30th year doing that, and I love getting to add teaching yoga to my educational career. 

I lived in Mulvane for a few years and then my husband and I bought a house down the road in Derby. I love this town and being able to share my love for yoga with you!
