Our Personal Training services also include a 30 minute consultation to include a Body Fat Analysis and Health Assessment to track your progress and ensure you're on the right track.

Personal Training Options:

Individual - 2 x 30 minutes - $30

Individual - 4 x 30 minutes - $60

Individual  - 4 x 60 minutes  - $110

Individual - 8 x 60 minutes - $200

Group Sessions (2-4 members) available at 1x60 minutes for $20 each.
