CREATE YOUR AMILIA ACCOUNT
The Amilia mobile app provides quick and convenient access to your most important Mulvane Rec activity information. While you can’t register for programs directly through the app, it still offers several helpful features. For example, you can easily check your activity schedule, view your account member profiles, and, most importantly, find your membership card and use it to scan into the facility.

DOWNLOAD THE APP

To get started on your mobile device, simply choose one of the links below. Alternatively, you can search for the Amilia app directly in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

ACCESS YOUR ID

The Account tab is especially helpful if you or your family members are MRC members, as we require you to scan for entry.  Since the system directly links memberships and multi-passes to each member's ID number, this section keeps everything easily accessible.
 

Additionally, you'll see a list of account members.  Simply tap on a member's name to view their profile picture, scan the barcode, and their Amilia ID.
 

If you'd like to add or update a photo, just tap "Change Profile Picture" to make the change.

CHECK THE SETTINGS​

The Settings tab offers several important features to help you manage your Amilia account more efficiently.
 

To begin with, the Payment Method option allows you to manage your saved credit cards or bank accounts, as well as view upcoming payments. Please note that selecting this option will redirect you to sign into your account through a web browser.
 

Next, the User Agreement outlines terms and conditions that Amilia associates with your personal account, while the Privacy Policy explains how Amilia collects and protects your personal information.
 

Finally, if you choose to log out, you’ll need to re-enter your email and password the next time you access the mobile app.
